When editing in admin mode, website builder shows :

{%WebsiteName%}
{%WebsiteSlogan%}

{%menu_display%}

News
{%news%}

{%name%}
{%content%}

{%WebsiteFooter%}

But works fine in the actual website (seasquirt.tk). Content displayed properly, links in the menu works fine too.

Is this normal? Makes it kinda difficult for me to work on it.

That would be normal. Your essentially calling different parts to make your website.
Think of it as a picture puzzle. there are many different parts but when they are all together they make a picture.
