I uploaded my cms files to public_html,but my installation for joomla persian doesn`t work and my site not coming up. the error is :


Fatal error: Call to a member function mark() on a non-object in /home/a4432296/public_html/index.php on line 25

should i create a database? but i don`t know , here ,how can i create a database. please help me.

To create a database go into members area - http://members.000webhost.com/login.php then cPanel and click on MySQL icon.

thank you. I created a database with username,but instalation of joomla doesn`t start.

Make sure you've uploaded all of joomla, you could re upload all files and folders.

You think ,all of my files haven`t uploaded completely?
Here ,the internet speed is very low.I`m uploading these files ,3 days , and I wasn`t successful yet.

finally,I uploaded files and installed joomla persian,but in last stage when I deleted installation folder it returns to last error:

after that i uploaded installation,again but when i want to complete installation of my site,it says you have to delete installation folder. I don`t know how can I solve this problem. I was tired.

This is very likely an incomplete upload. We installed a number of Joomla sites for users already and never ran into any such error.
