I finally decided, about 7 minutes ago, that I should stop wasting my time and actually put my skills to use.

I was playing around with .htaccess and had a lot of Error 500's (ISE's)

Whenever you are free and have finished helping the person who asked for help first,

i need a bit of assistance setting up my first cron job.
I understand the basics of cron jobs but i'm not confident in myself yet.
Basically there are 2 cron jobs, both of them link will link to a php file,

One links to a file where it will clear a folder called cache where i cache images to lower server stress. Using the function glob to get all filenames and unlink to delete all of them.

Second links to a file where it will generate fresh images for the cache folder using php gd. Header is Image/PNG and image is created using ImagePNG. It also relies on another png image in the same directory as a background. Text generated is info retrieved from cURL calls.

Both files are located in a password protected folder but i don't think that really affects cron jobs at all.

First one runs at a set time per day and then the second one will run three minutes after that set time.

So all i have to do is enter the path to the files and set the time the scripts are run?
Or is there a function i must use for it to work?

i need help bro... wen i enter i want my homepage to be like, welcome to the official website of.... with my logo in it. and an enter button with good graphics... not plain..... welcome to shud come like rotating and all.. hope u got wat i meant.
