How to create such nice apperance (the grey long bar under "Friedns" and "My websites")where the red arrows point to. Any ideas?

I did some work and find the code. The words "Friend" and "My Websites" are "Box-Title". So how to insert such "Box-Title" code in wordpress web editor?

What wordpress theme and version are you using?

OK, the problem have been solved. I contacted the wordpress theme author and he teach me how to creat such appearance.
