Question Which file do I edit for content to build my page? - 05-17-2012, 08:20 AM

I am using Microsoft Expression Web 4 to code my Html and will be using it to code php too.
I recently put some test code into a file that I saved as subject.html.
The title tag within the html document was named Self Coach.

So when ever I open any .html folder at my File Manager site, it is called Self Coach.
I started the page by using a template from the Webhost Software Services.
Now, I want to add some content to the page, but I'm doing something wrong.
I tried adding content to the template.html but that didn't work either.

What am I doing wrong? Which file do I add html or php code to in order to see it show up on the web site?

Thanks in advance for your time.

Anie

Hello,

I think you should ask the creators of the template you are using.
Normally a template has several files and the author of the template knows what is saved every piece of code.
