Default connection timed out? - 05-22-2012, 05:18 AM

i am using 000webhost site builder,but one or two days i can.t login to the admin pannel of web builder.even my site after browsing shows result''(110)connection timed out '' the rremote host or network may be down.''can any one tell me about this problem.its just wasting my time because can't complete my work.this problem cause after one or two days.moreover can i change the servers and be able still using the web builder of 000webhost?

You can login to members area and click on "create new" to make another account, chances are it would be using a different server. cpanel for the new account is exactly the same.

hi,
thanx for replying but plz let me know by creating a new account i would be able to still work on my same site?because there are lots of work has saved of my site,are you sure that my site data wouldn't lost?

To work on the same site, download the site from public_html folder to your own pc and upload it to the new account. if there's a database, export that too and then import it to the new account.
