You have to have your own domain name, not a free sub domain.

Buy a top level domain (e.g. .com, .net, .org) from Namecheap or any domain registrar.

It is great news that you are applied for google adsence and it is not easy to get and if you get it than you must have to ful-fill their condition. bear viewing in katmai national park I also got adsence but i also got band somehow. Than i make a appeal than he gave me again.If they told you to bring any change than you should do it.
