I am trying to make a under construction main page. Basically a "Coming Soon" page something simple no flash or loading screens as of yet. I am starting everything from scratch without using any of the templates.

I have a black background how I wanted it but however I am having such a hard time inserting an image on the main page. The editing techniques with webhost.com isn't the greatest but does anyone by chance know how I can upload that or how to code it? I already have uploaded my image from my computer in terms of the logo but I am just having difficulties with that one part.

Please help me if anyone can.
