Alright, I bought the domain name, and I started an account here, and(to the best of my ability) redirected the DNS here. So my question is how do i start my website. I have all of the HTML code written up, i'm just not sure where i put it to make it available to the world.

You can upload files with the HTML code within the public_html folder.
Remember that the file containing the home page of your site must be named index.html.

To upload files to the server you can use the tools offered in the CPanel ("File Manager" or "Another File Manager") or install on your PC the program Filezilla (free software). In the latter case (using Filezilla) Filezilla need to configure your program with data displayed on Members Area -> cPanel -> "View FTP Details"
