how can i add a track to my webpage i have the music file on my HDD.

Before you venture to put any music on your website read the following (taken from the ToS) and make sure you are not breaking them:

We do not allow any type of programs, software, or MP3 files on our server unless you are the full owner and have all rights to the file. Copyrighted files not belonging to users posting those files may be deleted without notice!

6. upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any Content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights ("Rights") of any party;

9. upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any material that is of broadcast / streaming types.

So unless you own the sole rights to that track you want to put on your site I would think twice (unless you are not attached to your site ofc).
And as far as I'm aware 000webhost aint to fond of people putting music on their sites (but then again I can be wrong but I remember reading posts in the past regarding this subject).
You can always make a ticket or ask one of the mods here to reply to be on the safe side.

And I want add that embedding music in your page will drive away potential visitors. Music playing in the background is rude and annoying.
