Sometimes responses can take a day or two, dependent on the query, day of the week or even time of the day... and moreso if the query is vaque as yours is. Patience is best exercised on any forums.

Yes, any webpage can generally be edited to be displayed exactly how you wish them to be displayed... it's simply a matter of studying the appropriate resources to get the desired job done, and putting in the time and effort to get your desired result, which sometimes can be quite labor intensive.

In the case of moving your menu bar, you would pretty much have to rewrite the layout of your webpage, moving tables around etc. This can be a pretty extensive task if you don't know where to begin, and it is rather difficult to explain in detail. There are MANY factors to consider and to give the right answer one would need to study the source code in some detail, which is likely why your aren't receiving responses very quickly.

Unfortunately I do not have the time today to study your source code as this might take an hour two, or even more dependent on your sites coding style, and it being a weekend I have alot of yard work to attend to, as much as I hate to say it. And unfortunately I cannot easily point you in the direction of any easy answers/resources either, as the requested task can encompass many aspects.

Please be patient
