"Nulled softwares" are pirated softwares, and 000webhost used IPB and vB to exemplify that rule just because they both are used by people.

True, there's a few anomolies in the ToS if you read all of it, it could be a case of the longer the ToS are the less likely it is people will read them - I don't know.

Hello,

It is not possible to check whether the user has or does not have a license to use payment programs.
Therefore, it is not allowed to install software on the free hosting that requires a license.

On the other hand, I think if someone spends money on a license, also can spend on a premium account.

You say it's not fair but by using vBulletin your making it unfair to other clients by sucking up CPU, and slowing down sites. What's wrong with phpBB anyway?

I was misled in a similar fashion by TOS 8:

It clearly suggests that only illegal copies are not allowed. I have installed and used a perfectly legal copy for some time and now I simply want access to my data. What are my options? Will an upgrade allow me to recover my old data? Is there any other way around that?

Please fix TOS 8.
