first divide/cut the image into three slices, the header which in the top and the two sidebar then you can start coding it to html, you can pm me in my YM so i can explain it somehow clearly to you how it is done

He's saying that you should cut your image into smaller slices/images.

Saying you know some css and html....

Make some <div>'s using css and place the sliced images into it......or another option is to create a <table> in your page and place the images into it.

If you don't know what this is all about, then do a google search on "slicing images", css <div> and/or html <tables>.....there are enough tutorials to find on these topics out there......

I sliced this template into five sections for you (banner, the two people, the navigation, other stuff, and the middle-content)

You can look at the template here: http://www.vazzer.net/freakshowzz

You can collect the five images here: http://www.vazzer.net/freakshowzz/images

Tell me what you want to be done, and I'll edit it and update it on that website.
