I think it is not possible. If you search the forum, you'll find that on the free account is not enabled PDO

By the way does anyone know if it's REALLY available on premium account ?
Or can i put an php.ini file to enable it in the directories where my php files need PDO to access my database ?

PDO on free accounts is not supported, putting a php.ini won´t change that.
Premium accounts do offer pdo and pdo_mysql support
