ive tried to change the chmod to 777 and it dosnt work

does it create files in cache folder?
do you use subdomain or free domains?

I think you haven't created a temp directory for timthumb (in the same subdirectory as your cache directory). Make sure both are permissioned as 777.

For future reference, it helps to do a search of the forums before posting, because there are usually problems like this that have been encountered and fixed by other users.

Also, to save you time later, BadKarma released a fix for a specific 000webhost issue with TimThumb which you'll need to deal with also:

On the top part there supposed to be thumbs as well.
