Default Registration and log-in forms - 02-01-2012, 08:14 AM

Hi:

I am practicing on membership registration and log-in forms, and I am having a problem.

The password I entered when using the registration form is a very different one when stored in my database.

So, when I retrieve my password by sending a form, I get the wrong password, and I cannot log in.

I have no idea how this happens, and I do not know how to fix it.

Please help!

Please let me know if you want to see my code.

Thank you very much in advance.

does your login or registration form use an encodement method? e.g. MD5 ?

Well, then you can either get rid of the encodement method, or google your encodement method and try to decrypt it before the login.
