Unable to login to FTP server

Hi everyone I have question about extracting zip in 000webhost . 000webhost does not support unzipping but I tried net2ftp but the problem is I can not login to the service when I login the page appears like

Unable to login to FTP server ftp.000webhost.com with username a7128171 ………… so please help.

Try changing the FTP password from cPanel-> View FTP Details.

I tried but I got the same problem but did net2ftp requires installation in my hosting

net2ftp is installed on the server. To use it you must enter the CPanel and click "File Manager"
