I want to create a registration form page in my website. Its a website about a group of friends. I have created tables under the names 'id, name, DOB, country, email, account permission and email activation' and now what is the next procedure. Can any help me by giving the correct html code for the registration form and also with the submit button. Also can anyone tell me what happen happens after clicking the submit button.

Bro I am looking for a simple registration form with id, name, DOB, country and email. After submitting this I want the sender to receive email activation. No need log in and all......

Dear purcellj.
I tell u wat my plan is. I have created only 1 database and the tables are 'id,name,DOB,country,email,email verification'. My website is about a group of frnds, its name is Friday Club Qatar. So who ever wants to be the member of the group, have to register. So when they register with the mail, an email verification shud be sent. So i want the php script of it and also let me knoe if i have to create extra database.
