would work mysql 5.1.37 ??

In the 'View PHP Configuration' page, scroll down until you get 'mysql' section, where you
can find mysql 'Client API version' 5.1.57.

mysql 5.1.57 is more recent version than 5.1.37, so the program developed with mysql 5.1.37 version
would work in 000webhost.com server.
