It's there, you just haven't filled it with anything. For instance f you uploaded say Wordpress to your site, you would use the details you created (click MySQL icon) to connect to the database. Then when you check phpmyadmin you will see wordpress database tables.

This was my path:
Control Panel - SQL icon - create database - and i see that database in the list.
Then - phpMyAdmin icon - there is no database.
So, i created an emptyu database, and i want to create tables, but it doesn't exist i phpMyAdmin.
I didn't uploaded any scripts. I have only some html and php pages on this account.
How can i acces my database and create tables?
Thanks a lot.

This database that you created, have you uploaded (import database) it using phpmyadmin? Click the little sql icon in phpmyadmin and then click import file/choose file.
