What is this?

I could have sworn it wasn't there a week ago, because back then my
page validated 100%, now I get validation mistakes, cause there is
content outside the body...

Seriously, just disable it. It annoyed me to no end when I was doing some stuff with JavaScript and databases and PHP... nvm.
