also i have got a new account and i get this now

Your domain is not yet pointing to our servers, so services such as FTP, Website Builder or File Manager may not work. You need to update nameservers for your domain. This warning will be removed once your domain will start resolving to our servers (24-48 hours after the nameserver update). How to update the nameservers?

but i have already updated it or is it a normal thing and i have to wait

also sorry to sound sutpid which i am abit lol how do i update it but not the folder

Just a case of waiting, can take upto 72hrs but normally nowhere near that long. Don't forget to unpark the domain from the other account.
You can connect with ftp using the IP address if you want, so download the folder called wordpress from your other site, and upload the contents of the folder called wordpress (the one you just downloaded) to your new account.

When you click export, the database will be downloaded to your own computer ( it's still there and your site still works, it's a copy, like downloading with ftp)
In your new phpmyadmin you click import and then find the file you just downloaded.

Click the MySQL icon, create a database, go into phpmyadmin and click import.
