It would help if you say that CMS Content Management System (Wordpress, Joomla, SMF) you're using

Checks that have upload correct all files to the server.

Also check that you entered the correct data to connect to your database.

It's WordPress and everything is fine with that. These errors were intermittent on 000webhost admin pages (members area, get help etc).
