MySQL collation problem - 08-25-2008, 04:18 AM

I changed collation to cp1251, but i still see "????????" instead of cyrillic text after sending it via php. Pls advise. Thanks.
P.S. I send cyrillic data from my php form. In mysql admin i changed collation for the table and each column for cyrillic. Php files have cyrillic encoding, too. Where the problem can be? If anyone knows, please advise.
