For GIIS, now the default port is 2170. But unfortunately site GIIS is not always on CE and YAIM currently uses CE_HOST as site GIIS to configure APEL, of course this is a problem of YAIM and I already recommended to introduce a new parameter for site GIIS in site-info.def in order for YAIM to configure APEL correctly, but people don't want to put too many parameters in site-info.def. In this case, we change APEL to query port 2170, it will fail for site which split site GIIS and CE. And on other other side, since the GRIS of CE is also publishing CPU spec info (LCG CE uses port 2135 and glite CE uses 2170), is it Ok to add a more query for default like following<GIIS> siteName </GIIS> remains the default, port 2135 queried at first, if APEL could not get CPU spec info, then query port 2170<GIIS> siteNameort </GIIS> would query the appropriate port (in case, if the port is changed again)
