Default Cgi - 05-17-2008, 11:33 PM

I'm having a CGI problem that I can't figure out. I tried to solve it but I had been awake for over 24 hours, so... trying to do anything that requires that kind of thinking wasn't the easiest thing.

Does anybody have an idea of why a .cgi file would ask me to download the file rather than just loading it in the browser?
