to be able to change themes you first need to upload themes you want to use to the Wordpress wp-content/themes/ folder.

Once you uploaded themes, log into wordpress-admin interface, then go to Design and there you will find the themes you uploaded.

and note dont forget to install your theme ^_^ just simple to click the theme you want to use your site.

you can fnd a lot here http://themes.wordpress.net/

download the one you like, un zip it in your computer, then upload the theme in /wp-content/themes,
then go to yoursite.com/wp-admin/themes.php and activate the one you like
