Review of aiso.net by Aiso is awful on 2013/12/17 at 22:44Awful, awful customer support approach, a total yankee.
Review of aiso.net by M Loveless on 2011/02/03 at 20:25I've suffered outages, false information & credit card charges, and bad customer support from aiso.net. After slowly extricating my clients' sites & my own from their servers over the last couple years, I would recommend avoiding their services altogether.
Review of aiso.net by Michael Combs on 2010/04/29 at 14:41In the past four months, we've experienced two outages with AISO.net. Each time they've been offline for several hours. When our site was down, even www.AISO.net was down, making it impossible to log into our control panel or check for status.
They don't have a blog, or tweet, or provide any explanation of status during or after a failure.
We like AISO.net's telephone support, but it's not 7x24, and wasn't available during the two outages we experienced.
