What is your support response time and what does it cover?
We provide basic support...we will support keeping the server secure and up and will help with any pre-installed softwares. We do not do web-development (sorry). Support response depends on priority and support queue load, but you should have someone working on your issue with 15-45 minutes on average.

This is incredibly rude from such a "reliable" company.

Noncommunicative server staff who are all-too-willing to shut down accounts for problems without contacting the customer first. Horrible
