CyberUltra.net's servers are easily overloaded and run into problem after problem. Uptime is getting from bad to worse, as downtimes happen occasionally and unexpectedly. When my clients complain that their websites are down, my blood boils. Tickets are poorly responded, and not immediately. Issues take too long to be resolved. Very annoying indeed.
I regretting not migrating over to another server hosting provider last year. I'll be stopping with this crappy server hosting provider very soon. Good riddance!
Review of cyberultra.net by Andrew on 2013/12/17 at 02:51I've been using CyberUltra for a few years without problems or issues, then recently in September 2013, they moved servers and changed their security certificates (or stopped using security certificates). Now my website has been hacked into several times already, and I now have the headache of needing to rebuild my blog. Also, I now have to consider staying with them and regularly restore my website & blog, or change host.
However, they are cheap, they have not changed their prices for many years, and have excellent fast response customer service. Though, I wish I didn't need to use their customer service.

There were several minor downtimes, but not affecting my site much.
Their pricing is great! I highly recommend them.
