We are getting repeat complaints of emails we send not reaching recipient and emails sent to us by highly reputable companies and government bodies. The response from hostingUK is always that it is the other parties fault, even when these issues are arising at the rate of 3 - 4 per day and we know the other parties are experiencing no other problems. THey are always quick to tell us their process but their process needs to be changed as it does not work for their customers.
