What moneyback guarantees do you offer?
NetRiver offers yearly payments which are given at a discounted rate. The discount is given because of the labor savings to NetRiver by posting the payment once a year compared to 12 months a year. Because NetRiver does not give refunds I suggest you setup the monthly payment plan for services. May I also note that NetRiver collects payment for services in the month prior to the services received?
What is your average uptime?
NetRiver offers 99.99% uptime. There is no status page to check this record but this link http://www.netriver.net/pages/network_tools on the NetRiver website offers some useful tools that may be of interest. Recently NetRiver took on a project to upgrade a substantial portion of our hosting hardware and relocate our hosting servers to our recently completed high availability data center. We believe that our customers will see increased performance and service as a result of this transition.
What is your support response time and what does it cover?
NetRiver takes the responsibility of their clients very seriously therefore we have a tech support staff available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. You have the option to send technical questions via email to firstname.lastname@example.org or call 425-741-7014. Once an email creates a ticket the assigned number is returned to your email address. The technicians take the submitted tickets in sequence of arrival. Efficiency is achieved by responding within that same ticket number via email. If direct phone conversation works better for you please give the ticket number to the NetRiver person answering the phone. Billing questions can be directed to email@example.com or by placing a phone call to 425-741-7014. The response time for technical support totally depends on the work load on that particular day or hour. NetRiver no longer offers web development or design assistance. Our tech support is in reference to the services we provide --- web hosting and domain registration. Please view our website www.netriver.net for a complete list of services. Do you have any coupons or discounts?
NetRiver provides a high quality environment and offers the best in performance and support. The discount available for our clients is making annual payments compared to monthly as discussed in answer #1.
What else can you tell about your company and services?
NetRiver is unique with the services provided backed up with personal support. A live person answers the phone to address your questions. We have live in house staff available 365 days a year, 24 hours a day. NetRiver takes great pride in striving for excellent Customer Service.

The services are all of great value, fairly priced in this market, and the support has been top notch. Additionally, since moving in, we have had no power failures, and have only had a couple network blips - but nothing their high-availability network didn't handle in a couple seconds. I can highly recommend NetRiver to anyone looking for colocation in the greater Seattle area - Get out of the Westin and see what REAL service is like.
