We do offer a 30 day money back guarantee. This applies if there are server issues or some other problem outside of your or our control which prevents your website from performing properly. Some possible issues would be poor server performance or your scripts don't run properly on our servers and our technicians cannot resolve the issue for you. Another issue might be if you found you could not use your existing domain name as you expected, for whatever reason. However, we have rarely ever found people are not able to use our services with ease and just don't ask for a refund.
What is your average uptime?
We have an excellent record of server uptime and data center connectiveness: 99.999% uptime guaranteed.
What is your support response time and what does it cover?
We offer 24/7/365 technicial support by ticket, chat and (emergency) phone service. The guaranteed response time is 4 hours, but usually within the hour a technician is looking into your issue to help resolve it. The technicians give basic support, but if you are trying to get your website set up or install new programs, the technicians will assist you as best they can. We do support all the products we offer in the shared servers. However, if we do not offer the product (program) it is difficult to support it. They will assist to some degree with scripts and other development issues, but will not perform programming duties.

Spirit International Hosting has been in the offshore business since March 1999. We strive to give excellent and personalized service which is the reason we have been in business this long when others have gone "by the wayside". I will be your account manager and am available 7 days per week by e-mail (sometimes by Blackberry if I'm away). (Two days I am not available is Christmas and Easter) We also have technicial support personnel available to you 24/7/365 to assist you with technicial support needs.
