What is your average uptime?
Our uptime guarantee is 99.99%, but mostly we average around 99.999%. If a server falls below 99.99% we replace it. Our server status page is located here: http://support.terranetwork.net/web/serverstatus.php
What is your support response time and what does it cover?
We offer Telephone and Support Ticket support during Office Hours, and Support Ticket support outside of office hours. Support Tickets will be responded to within 24 hrs, but usually within 12 hrs.
Review of terranetwork.net by Oliver Gibson on 2010/03/23 at 11:42I have been with Terranetwork for about a year I guess...I was and still am a bit of a newbie when it comes to understanding all the hosting setup....the one great thing about terranetwork is the support ticket system...I always get a response within hours, often at like 9pm on a saturday night if I'm having a problem...don't you go out girls? :) They are always happy to help with anything, which is brilliant. I have had some problems with the uptime and reliability for a few weeks, but this has been a massive problem for them with a few dodgy websites bringing down one of their servers...and they kept us all well informed via email of what was happening...it is now all replaced, and I'm sure the 99.99% uptime will be realised. I was only slightly disappointed I didn't get a little credit or something for sticking with them through the patchy few weeks while they were sorting the problems, but I guess they had enough to sort out...overall, very happy, cheers terranetwork!
Review of terranetwork.net by Rhea Anthony on 2010/02/27 at 17:55This person held two accounts with us at different times. When closing the first account he thanked us for our service, which he described as "superb", and said he would gladly use our service again if needed.
In the second instance we received no complaints, and there were no support issues opened. We only cancelled the account at his own request and a full refund was provided.
We are at a loss when trying to understand his negative review.

They managed to ruined our email services for two days and didn't even admit it. After countless rude emails from them, they finally fixed it but then cancelled my account again leaving me without email!
So the lesson to be learned is that when you pay so little for hosting, the hosting company cares less for you than it does it's lunch!
