What is your support response time and what does it cover?
We offer e-mail support from 8am to 10pm 7 days a week. Telephone support is available from 8:30am to 18:30 Monday to Friday. Our e-mail response time during business hours is currently around 10 minutes, out of office hours (weekends) the response time is 4 hours. We aim to answer the phone during business hours within 3 or 4 rings. We only provide support for the services we supply and do not provide website coding support.

Review of titaninternet.co.uk by Vince on 2012/05/05 at 21:44We have been with Titan Internet for aorund 2 years and they have been a 5 star service. Now since their takeover from Iomart, they have gone from email/phone support to an online ticketing system.
Problem is their ticket system is not working as it is not saving my tickets after I submit them. When I try to telephone them the answer message says their offices are closed as they are only available Monday to Friday.
This is very worrying as I have an urgent support issue and there is no way I can submit my issue.
