Weebly.com Sucks. The customer service is horrible. If you are trying to decide on which site to use. I do not recommend Weebly.com.

So far so good...I really love Weebly, it is one of the best free websites that do gives you alot of different options to work with. Weebly makes it simple to used and understand far much better than any other Websites that I have tried using. I will keep you all up to date with my site and how it is working after I publish it. Sorry that the rest of you are having trouble, i hope everything will work-out soon for you all. God bless!

I have started building my website and so far I am very satisfied. Until I brush up on HTML and learn CSS this works perfectly for me. My site will be pretty simple with articles, interviews, a blog and then eventually room for ads. So far so good. We'll see how it goes when I upgrade and go live. Hopefully, Weebly we'll extend their customer service to later hours when many folk are up working.

Customer service is horrendous. I am a brand new customer. I signed up with them today and spent a long time building my site. Suddenly, my site disappeared and they have refused to answer any of my three emails.
I'll use it for now, but I am sure to have someone mimic the site and build me a new one on a completely different platform before the 6 months are up. Can't risk it. My business is too valuable.

So glad to see I'm not the only one. Here's my last email to weebly support:
I honestly don't know why I am still using your website. It has been giving me a migraine for 3 days now. You should not be allowed to advertise your site as the "easiest way to create a website". This is infuriating!
I spent 2 days getting the picture with paragraph box just right, picture of my product, price, description etc. You told me that the buy now button will take people to my paypal account. Guess what Weebly, I'm not ready for this button to take people to my paypal account yet. I'm still in the TESTING PHASE. I want it to take them to an order form that I had to build on Wufoo's site since your site doesn't have this function. So I just went to my e-commerce settings and changed "Paypal" to "None" and guess what happened, yup, your site decided to erase my product completely. Is there an "un-do" button to go back to the way it was?.....Nope. That would be too user friendly.
I am sure my opinions and suggestions mean nothing to your company since I am not paying $10 a month or whatever the hell your fee is..........but your one-size-fits-all responses do not fit "all". People have different projects with different needs. Is it possible to have someone there help me set up this god forsaken site in 20 minutes instead of driving me crazy trying to figure it out for 20 days? Or do I just say F Weebly and try wordpress or something?

Tried to renew three times. The process is all online via VISA credit card. The card expires in 2013. Each time the return message in the online form says "The transaction has been declined."
Since Weebly has no phone number that answers, Weebly has terminated the payment process. If Weebly blames technology for this goof up, Weebly will look unprofessional.

Just signed up, it seemed awesome, paid for the pro package....cannot access my account since and cannot get any customer service. Feelin pretty bad about it.
