Hi Andrius. My suggestion is as follows:
On the free service, we all understand that a full-blown assistance is not provided. Still, when a problem arises on 000webhost's side, a degree of assistance/throubleshooting should/could be provided.
Currently there are a series of similar problems being reported, which leads to think that there is some glitch on one or several of the servers. The basic response of "Unless you pay, there is no support" tends to drive users away and transmit an image of unreliability of the service.
While I can understand there being no support for user-related problems, configurations problems, etc, I can't understand being told that:
There is no support unless I upgrade;
Then, that the website is not hosted at 000webhost but instead at Godaddy (not true, only the domain is);
Then, being asked to perform some tests (proxy, etc) only to have the results ignored with the #1 argument again.
The free service is mainly a trial for the paid services, so it should be more solid in my humble opinion so that it can bring more costumers to the paid services, not drive them away. Hope that 000webhost manages to find the glitch so that fellow members get their website back running.
