000webhost perform better then Hostinger for my website?

Ok, I have free hosting with 000webhost where I have website here : https://macanovic.000webhostapp.com/upload/

and

I have paid hosting with hostinger and its the same website but with domain name: https://translatesubtitles.com

and if you test my website , upload SRT subtitle file and translate it and click on DOWNLOAD button , in how many seconds file started downloading from the 000webhost and from Hostinger ? My start in 5 seconds with 000webhost and from Hostinger it takes 60 seconds to download start , what can be the problem? the free webhost is better then paid ?

Whel I asked them a five of them to be precise but nobody know what is the problem, they change my server location but the problem is the same, I cant understand that free host perform better then paid one

Yeah the performance between the two seems perfectly the same until you hit download, 000webhost is almost instant where as Hostinger took at least 30 seconds for me to download a file.

finally someone who understand me, the Hostinger is slower for 25 seconds or some then 000webhost . Thank you. If someone know how to solve this problem , please reply here . Thank you

Are the files exactly the same on both servers?

Yes, the files are the same, and it is a same script, I moved from 000webhost to Hostinger all files, I expected the better perform with paid hosting .

Well they can also check the server configuration on 000webhost and php configuration and compare it to Hostinger configuration, maybe that can solve this problem.
