000webhost perform better then Hostinger for my website?

I’ve cloned the 000webhost one and uploaded on Hostinger http://script-o-matic.net/upload/translate.php

And it seems to be working better than your version on Hostinger (at least for me?)

1-2 seconds > https://macanovic.000webhostapp.com/upload/translate.php
8-9 seconds > http://script-o-matic.net/upload/translate.php
30+ seconds > https://translatesubtitles.com/translate.php

When you compare your 000webhost install and Hostinger setup is there any or many differences?

I just checked and on your script it takes 10 seconds for download , that is good for me.

No, there is no difference , the script is the same and PHP version is the same but I do not know what is the PHP configuration on 000webhost because I cant see that

We don’t have these statistics at the moment but Hostinger is faster than 000webhost. You can create a site for free on 000webhost and compare it to a site hosted on Hostinger with https://gtmetrix.com/

I asked about moving server/drive and they replied

Yes, I remember about this user. The download is instant for us on Hostinger. There might be slower for you or the user if the server is located in a country that is not close to your location. We have servers located in the USA, UK, Netherlands, Singapore.
Sure, we can move translatesubtitles.com to another location but the user needs to contact us with this request via live chat.

Ok, but how can this be true if I am on one location, you are on another and it works the same for us or others ,i THINK THAT THE SERVER LOCATION is not the problem at all , the files are small

well I used US server and then change it to Europa thats the closest server to me but the problem is the same with US server and with Europa server
