000webost not seeing CNAME record on gandi.net

Hi,

I can’t set my website address using domain pointing with CNAME record. Cpanel always ask me to create the CNAME record.

It was working before I reset the site on 000webhost. After the reset, I’ve removed the CNAME record at gandi.net and have been waiting for DNS propagation. Then, I’ve recreated the CNAME record at gandi.net and have been waiting again for full DNS propagation.

my domain is: www1.brico-kids.com
pointing to: brico-kids.000webhostapp.com

Thanks for your answer.

Unfortunately, I can’t point the nameservers as I have a lot of services (Mail is the most important) that rely on Gandi DNS.

What is weird is that it was working prior to the Website reset. Now, Cpanel refuses to accept the pointing. And, if I try to access my site with www1.mydomain.com, a 000webhost page says that there is no site (so at least DNS is good).
