I have an issue. Want to make a change to my website, but not possible to connect to the ftp with filezilla nor https://files.000webhost.com/.
Filezilla stops at the password verification, for which I know it is true, since I wouldnât be able to log in on my panel.
Status: TLS connection established.
Command: USER semicomatose-bearin
Response: 331 User semicomatose-bearin OK. Password required
Command: PASS ********
Error: Connection timed out after 20 seconds of inactivity
Error: Could not connect to server
For https://files.000webhost.com/ it says that log in info is not good.
Please help me as soon as you can.
I cannot access to my file manager of my website. I have tried using the FileZilla and the plain FTP to direct access my files but fail. I have asked my friend who is also using the web host. They can access to their own file but they cannot access to mine while using my account. I think there is a problem with my account.

Is loading real slow. Most of the time it is not even getting loaded. I tried removing the plugins but I am not even able to login to the Wordpress Panel. Can somebody tell me what is the problem ?? The site is fairly new with 1 or 2 posts⊠but still I am facing the issue.

Still not working for me 
I still can not log in to my FTP or use the webhost file manager. I have not had access in at least 15 hours now.
Still one being worked on from what I can check - try again after the maintenance is finished,
