My site was one of the ones that had a 403 forbidden, & I still can’t access the file manager or FTP. FTP & file manager are working for my friend who also is using 000webhost, but not for me. It is not that it’s down, my friend’s site is still working, only mine isn’t.

I used the “repair” option from GENERAL Settings and now your FTP is working

Nothing wrong on my end with your FTP, I am able to connect with no issues.
Try using the General Settings menu then Repair on our control panel.
In this case you can try simply rebooting your home router, if not at home please contact your network administrator.
