403 Forbidden error, and empty home directory

I’m not sure if this has anything to do with your DDoS issues and intermittent up times … but I have been getting a forbidden error on my site paganmingle.000webhostapp.com I am also not able to access via FTP however the dashboard file manager is working but my home directory is empty?!?

Just checked my site … it’s back up, and I have full access to my home directory again. Not sure what updates were performed on your servers in the last 4 hours, but it seemed to fix the issue … for now.
