Anyone have any idea why I’m getting a 502 bad gateway nginx error when I hit my website keto.000webhostapp.com?

This website says my site is down.
When I try to ping the site, the request times out.
status.000webhost.com all looks good.
This all started when I tried uploading files from a different computer (through the dashboard not FTP). A mysterious .ftpquota file appeared one directory above public_html. Not sure if that has anything to do with why my site is down.
