Good day to all.
I’m experiencing this error for 3 days now. I can’t connect to server12 to update my website. I have tried suggestions like changing the host to server ip or to server12.000webhost.com and still won’t connect. I am quite sure in typing my password. I am using FileZilla 3.2.7.
Anyone knows how to solve this problem I appreciate your help.

Never mind, I found the answer. I read about the FTP Password Update and all password was reset. Thanks anyway.
