Accidentally deleted Manage Databases

So, I accidentally deleted Manage Databases and now my website is getting “Error establishing a database connection” when in my web site. https://yourtees.000webhostapp.com/

If you deleted the database there is nothing we can do unfortunately

Your site uses database to store information, if you had used the WordPress autoinstaller you’ll need to run it and start again etc.

1. so, start everything from scratch?

2. if I upgrade to pro, is there a backup for me to prevent this in the future?
