Account already exists, but it doesn't?

I go to make a new 000webhost account with the email “cpguy5089 (at) gmail (period) com” but it says it already exists. I go to reset the password with the “forgot password?” button, but it says the account doesn’t exist.
Referring to my previous problems here, that’s probably related to my account getting hacked (whoever it was probably changed the email so I couldn’t get back in).

Hmm, that email doesn’t seem to exist in our database. Can you screenshot the error you are receiving?

I can confirm you can now signup to 000webhost with your cpguy5089 (at) gmail (period) com email.
