Guys please tell me that you have backup!?
The information that my account will be deleted on Sep 2nd 2019. came to my gmail inbox and went to SPAM on Aug 26th 2019.! So that is 6 days only!
Can you assist please??

If it was deleted there is nothing we can do to assist you. We don’t keep any backups at all and yes we have a 7-day deletion period if users are inactive for 3-months
