Account with yandex mail deleted

Hey there,

Last year i created an account with ...@yandex.com mail.
But i can’t login with that account or renew password because system says no account with that mail.

But also i have an older account with ...@hotmail.com mail, i checked and it is still active.

My last work was in yandex mail account and i can’t login.
When i try to create new account with that yandex mail, system says use different mail provider.

I think all of yandex mail accounts deleted. Is there any chance to activate that account again ?

If you provide the email(s) I can check them, deleted accounts cannot be restored no.
