Comecei meus primeiros passos na confecção do site por meio da wordpress com o seguinte endereço: (https://ludoeducando.000webhostapp.com/), porém fiz alguma alteração indevida (solicitei para redirecionar o endereço para ludoeducando), e imediatamente saiu da página do wordpress (painel de controle) solicitando para eu reiniciar a sessão que havia expirado, e assim não tenho mais acesso à nada.
Li algumas coisas no próprio wordpress, mas nada que eu conseguisse entender.
